The first episode of Dune Prophecy didn’t necessarily have pacing problems but they did try really hard to do a lot in a short period of time. I am hoping that this episode slows down a little and allows the story they are building to breathe a little bit. We were introduced to a lot of characters in the first episode and they all seem to have their own stories going on. It is going to be a very short series at only 6 episodes. That is a lot to wrap up in a short amount of time. However the pacing on the show is pretty solid. And there is no telling if we are going to get another season. Let’s see what happens in Dune Prophecy episode 2.

Well…that certainly ramped things up. Dune Prophecy episode 2 continues with the death. Their structure is actually very interesting. Valya is obviously the driver of the story. However it seems like everyone’s individual plotlines are happening in isolated bubbles. Yet they all have a story that they overlap with. And all of these individual stories seem to be a part of Valya’s plan. I am interested to see where this goes but 6 episodes is not a lot.
