I have started my yearly rewatch of Gilmore Girls as one does in the fall. And I of course have many thoughts on the show. I first watch this show when I was super young, I used to watch it with my mom. I didn’t actually watch the full series until college, and now I watch it all the time and it makes me feel close to my momma.

Gilmore Girls remains extremely popular for good reason. Its a great show that depicts family dynamics and friendships in a way that few other shows do. It is the perfectly yearly rewatch as soon as the weather starts to change. But as always, I think that it is important to critically watch literally any media that you consume. What you enjoy is a direct reflection of who you are.
