Well we can’t truly recap the MCU if we only discuss the movies so here we go we are going to recap ONLY the DisneyPlus MCU shows, this list will not include anything that happened on Netflix or cable networks. Though it is canon it doesn’t actually have any impact over the MCU as it stands now so Disney+ shows only. We will be discussing WandaVision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, Moonknight, Ms. Marvel, and She-Hulk.

Overall the DisneyPlus shows did a great job of introducing more street level heroes. As talked about on the Temple of Geek podcast this also allows an easier entrance into the franchise for newer MCU fans. What the TV shows do is open up the franchise into 2 main worlds; the street level heroes and the cosmic level heroes. And though there will very obviously be some overlap (As is the MCU’s way) it will be easier for fans to kind of choose which area of the MCU they care about keeping up with. And as is the case with Moonknight, perhaps we will have more self-contained stories that don’t affect the greater picture of the MCU. Overall the phase 4 Disney+ shows gave us more interesting characters to love.
