Patrick and I have embarked on week 3 of watching Shang-Chi: The Legend of the 10 Rings and we still have many thoughts on its quality. Now though we recognize that any mediocre movie that is watched repetitively will get worse, some very concerning information was brought to light. Shang-Chi has a 91% audience score on rotten tomatoes. I may go on a little bit of a rant because that number is concerningly high. This ranking is why the general public should not be in charge of any creative decisions regarding film, ever. I have rewritten this movie in about 10 different ways that are better then what we were given.
That said hopefully you enjoy our week 3 rants, we have come up with some ways to make the movie watching experience, and by extension the listening experience, more entertaining for you and us. So hopefully this podcast wont just be another 9 months of us ripping this movie apart, but I make absolutley no promises. On this episode we did promise to include my list of perfect projects, I will like it but it has not been updated so in addition to this list you should also consider Fleabag. It is a very short and easily bingeable show that I truly think everyone should watch, it is incredible.
