Okay we took a small hiatus for the stomach flu so we will be tacking on a week to our overall watch time. So we are back this week with the 9th watch of Shang-Chi: The Legend of the Ten Rings. We didn’t do anything special for this watch, just a slightly still sick rewatch of a mediocre movie. We actually found some new things to complain about 9 watches in, so that’s promising. We did also have to push all of our Marvel rewatches a week so this week was Iron Man 3 and we, of course, had lots to say about it.
Shang-Chi: The Legend of the Ten Rings is just the gift that keeps on giving, except not a useful gift like socks, or a fun gift like a laptop or videogame but a weird and questionable gift like a regift you get from an office secret santa. We will hopefully be able to post our personalized cuts of the film somewhere so that you can watch along with us. We will have a cut that is only the flashbacks in chronological order, and then a cut of the whole film with the flashbacks removed. So theoretically this will at least make the film more fun and interesting to watch.
