Hazbin Hotel Episode 7

In Hazbin Hotel episode 7 Charlie’s plan to negotiate with the angels does not go as planned she must take a different approach. Her time in heaven was traumatizing to say the least. She finds out that her girlfriend is not who she thought she was. And she basically gets told that come extermination day all her of her friends will be slaughtered first. See this is where we see some really great character growth from Charlie. She is clearly very mad at Vaggie, rightfully so. So she very angrily tells her that she needs to help them fight back. Charlie is angry and hurt and way too forgiving. By the end of the episode they are all happy and sweet again. Charlie is so much better then me. That was a big lie and I don’t think that I could go back to normal that fast.

Charlie starts to gather forces. If the angels will not negotiate with them then it is time to fight back. I really love this for her. I do think that this is maybe an approach we should have taken earlier, but I can be violent. Now the real kicker here is that in order for Charlie to find hope of fighting back she had to make a deal with Alistair.

Now as far as we know, every time someone makes a deal they relinquish control of themselves. Each deal is different. Some of them seem to be more specifically outlined then others. But the fact remains that making a deal allows someone else to control you. Charlie does this seeing no other option. Now her an Alistair have a very interesting friendship. So I am hoping that doesn’t change or get taken advantage of when this deal thing pops up again. Hazbin Hotel episode 7 really changes some character dynamics.
