We ended the last episode with Jace and Rhaenyra planning to get unclaimed dragons riders to turn this war in her favor. Alicent finally realized that she’s a dumb cunt who picked the wrong side. And Aemond is ruling in his brother’s sted. We are almost all the way through this second season, there being only 8 episodes this season and they are really dragging this out as long as humanly possible. So let’s get into House of the Dragon season 2, episode 6.

Long live Queen Rhaenyra bitches. House of the Dragon season 2, episode 6 was such a good episode for my queen. She was handling business this episode and I love that for her. She has finally commanded the respect of her council and she is making movies with the help of them that is putting her in a really great position. I’m kind of over the Daemon at Harrenhal stuff so it’s really time that they wrap that shit up. I really can’t listen to the end of episode commentary. The writers really demonstrate over and over again that they really don’t understand the source material or even how this world works. The character motivations were the clearest in this episode but clear does not mean well written. So let’s just clear that up right now. Waiting until the last 3 episodes to pull the writing together was a bad move. There doesn’t seem to be any structure or reason to how this season was laid out.
